The project team at Tekstrom is experienced in working in a geographically distributed model and can collaborate easily and effectively with remote teams. Weekly status reports (based on established formats) are sent to the customer manager to keep them updated with the project progress.
At Tekstrom, the test management is done using a web-based tool to ensure that the test assets are shared between the teams (with necessary access controls). The Tekstrom team uses the collaboration tool that the customer is most comfortable with.
