Que: We have a team of testers to be trained, but all cannot attend the training at one point of time ? what options do you propose?
Ans: We can schedule your testers to be trained at our test centers during our regular trainings or we can schedule a special week-end batch. We can also have our Instructors visiting your site for couple of hours daily and conducting the training over several days (only possible in those locations where we have our test centers). Que: If I select to go for the training, when should I make the payment and what would be the mode of payment?
Ans: Along with the PO, 75% of the Total training cost to be paid before the training starts and balance 25% within 1 week of Training completion. You can make the payment through Company Check, Money Order or Credit Card.
Que: Do you provide training material like reference material and certificates?
Ans: Yes we do provide the material for each course at an extra charge, Upon successful completion of the training we issue a training completion certification on the respective tool for each participant.
Que: We have SAP environment and want to take training in Advance QTP? Does your instructor have the required expertise?
Ans: Yes, our instructors have the advanced level of expertise in delivering the QTP concepts. The concepts on their own are pretty standardized and hence can be implemented in any add-in environments. Our instructors can also help you in implementation of the QTP concepts in your working environments.
Que: I have only one person to be trained. The person cannot devote full time for the training? What options do you suggest?
Ans: The person can get enrolled in our regular batches at our locations (off-site) or online (web) instructor based training.
